On 23 March 2020 the RMS announced if you need an over 75 years Aged Medical RMS Form (the 4 page white one) you DO NOT need it completed and can IGNORE your form until 23 March 2021. This is to keep this vulnerable age group at home safe and away from community transmission risk of COVID19.
If you are unsure please call my staff on 42618855 to check, but if you are over 75 years and this is your routine form you do not have to see us or your doctor this time.
